With over 25 years of experience in the corporate, legal, and financial areas, focusing on structuring financial products and raising capital. He has worked on equity and debt transactions, including FIPs, FIDCs, FIIs, debentures, and CRIs/CCIs. He is the founder of a specialized investment consulting firm and has a solid track record in M&A, LBOs, and multi-sector investments. He holds ANCORD and CPA-20 (ANBIMA) certifications, with a strong strategic vision and investor relations expertise.
